Important notice for suppliers (freelances)
The purpose of this issue of The Bulletin is to advise you of new communication initiatives that we would like to put in place in order to expand our partnership with suppliers. All important communications, other than contracts, will be posted on our Web site, in the Supplier Info section. We therefore encourage you to subscribe to the features on our site, which allow you to be automatically advised of new issues of The Bulletin and any other Translation Bureau news.
There are two features:
- the E mail Notification service; and
- RSS feeds

Updating your file
The Translation Bureau will announce its urgent need for foreign-language translation service providers shortly.
Make sure your file is up to date. If you change your e mail address, please advise the Bureau of this by fax at 819-956-4335 or by mail at the following address:

Your letter or fax must be signed.
Direct deposit
The Government of Canada will start requiring the use of direct deposit as of April 2016. We therefore encourage contractors who have current contracts with the Bureau to enrol in direct deposit.
