Instructions for Registering in the Translation Bureau Directory of Linguistic Services Suppliers

All suppliers of terminology services, translation services in aboriginal and foreign languages, and interpretation services in official languages, aboriginal language, foreign language and visual wanting to provide services to the Translation Bureau must fill out this form.

The registration form is available in the following formats:

You can:

  • print the form (HTML or PDF format) and fill it out by hand. If you fill it out by hand, please print and use blue or black ink.

    OR

  • fill it out online (HTML format only), print it and submitting the form by email (in scanned format), by fax or by mail. Please note that the form must be printed since it cannot be sent electronically from the website.

Before filling out the form, it is important to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for the type of service you would like to offer and that you have the numbers required for registration (BN and PBN).

The legal name of a business is the name that appears on bank statements or other legal documents. Please note that cheques will be made out to the legal name you used to register on Supplier Registration Information to obtain your procurement business number (PBN).

Former public servants who resigned under the Work Force Adjustment Directive, the Early Retirement Incentive (ERI) Program, the Early Departure Incentive (EDI) Program, the Executive Employment Transition Policy or any other termination package should refer to the Public Service's Post-Employment Regime.
