LISA, the Localization Industry Standards Association, has a Terminology Special Interest Group (SIG). It is currently undertaking an examination of terminology best practices. You can access a bulletin board on LISA, where topics such as ROI on terminology management can be discussed. The Eurêka site is another which allows terminologists and other language professionals to exchange information on terminology resources.
